Sarthak Capital, a middle market investment firm, has recently invested
in a large township development project in India called, Panchamruth
Residency. The project will have 800 condominiums, 50 independent
bungalows and a clubhouse with modern facilities in Baroda, Gujarat
State. The investment is part of Sarthak's investment strategy in the
infrastructure and real estate sector of India.
Sarthak has also acquired 50 acres of land in Cochin for development. The company has made investments in real estate projects in Delhi NCR, Chennai, Tamil Nadu and Madhya Pradesh as well, the details of which will be released shortly.

Sarthak Capital has also committed funds to the education sector in India for an ultra modern school project in the Noida, metro New Delhi area.

Sarthak has earmarked a substantial amount of funds to invest in projects starting from K-12 to technology and medical colleges and private universities. It is currently in talks with several universities in the U.S. for setting up Indian branches in partnership with local entities where Sarthak will make investments.
