Indore: The state government will soon announce the long
awaited builder- friendly rules. State urban administration department minister
Kailash Vijayvargiya on Wednesday has assured CREDAI, the apex body of
builders, that a decision on their suggestions will be taken within seven days.
He asked the Indore Municipality Corporation ( IMC) to examine the CREDAI
suggestion and submit the report in three days.
Vijayvargiya was addressing a conference of the Real
Estate Developers Association of India ( CREDAI) in city on Wednesday. He
instructed the IMC officials, who were also present at the conference, to
examine the CREDAI suggestions are acceptable or not and submit a report within
three days. He assured the office- bearers of the CREDAI that a decision will
be taken within seven days after receiving the report from the IMC. The
minister said that the state government wanted to provide 10 lakh residences to
families of lower income.
In this task, the government will take the help of
CREDAI, he added. “ We want to construct 10 lakh low- cost but high quality
residences for the lower income group of the society,” the minister said. He
also assured to protect the rights of the plot holders and house owners. “ If
necessary the laws will also be amended,” the minister said.
CREDAI Indore branch secretary Sandeep Shrivastava
briefed various issues being faced by the association in Indore. Issues like
permission for fire NOC, availability of auto DCR software to all architects
and various other issues related to the IMC lease transfers were also
highlighted by Sandeep on the occasion.
He also sought early decision on building
permissions, high- rise committee’s permission, T& CP sanctions and NOCs by
the IDA. CREDAI Indore officebearers Gopal Goyal, president, Liladhar Maheshwari,
vice president, Atul Jhavar, joint secretary, Naveen Mehta, treasurer, Nirmal
Agrawal; Vinod Lalwani, Vijay Gandhi, Rajendra Mansukhani, Pavan Agrawal and executive
council members were also present on the occasion. Sandeep presented a detailed
report to Vijayvergiya and other senior officials of the department.
Earlier, CREDAI national chairman Lalit Jain, who
arrived here from Pune also set a tone with the facts and figures for bringing
transparency in the governance system.Galaxy of dignitaries namely S N Mishra,

istration, Akash Tripathi, Indore collector, Krishnamurari Moghe, Mayor, Rakesh

Shankar Lalwani, chairman – IDA, Harinarayan adav, director – IDA, Deepak
Singh, CEO – IDA and many senior officials from these department were also
present at the meeting.
